I knew someone who's ...

binge drinking lead to a tear in their esophagus -

a week on a ventilator -

a damaged trachea -

a tracheal surgery -

and finally an addiction to painkillers

and hospital bills exceeding 100,000.00 dollars.

Is it worth it??

Community Initiative for A Healthy St. Mary's

at the Lexington Park Library at 5:30 p.m.

Participants can assist in community level efforts

surrounding obesity, chronic disease,

tobacco use and substance abuse.
